Debbie's "ALL OCCASiON CREATIONS" Debbie did my wedding cupcakes which were absolutely DELICIOUS, but she also posts pictures of all of her works on her Facebook page and I've heard about and seen nothing but amazingly talented and delicious work! She's also very affordable compared to some of the other places I reached out to.

Debbie's "ALL OCCASiON CREATIONS" Debbie Bosshart She lives in Elk River and she did our wedding cupcakes!!! Super reasonable pricing, and we got TONS of compliments on the flavors!!! They were so delicious
