Emergency mental health services? Wondering if anyone knows good places in the area - I've heard Grand River is awful so looking for somewhere I won't just be thrown into a room and left alone
I'm stable now, but some family emergencies are pending and I will lose control when they happen. I cant think right once I start spiraling so I want a plan now.
I'd also love any recommendations for therapists - I doubt anyone is working in person right now, but I really would prefer to talk face to face with someone. But any suggestions would be appreciated so I can try to start coping before the impending doom

Crisis Respite: 519-576-7431 They used to do planned stays, I'm not sure how it is with covid but you could call and check. https://www.thresholdssupports.ca/crisis-respite-residential-program.htm
