Emergency mental health services? Wondering if anyone knows good places in the area - I've heard Grand River is awful so looking for somewhere I won't just be thrown into a room and left alone
I'm stable now, but some family emergencies are pending and I will lose control when they happen. I cant think right once I start spiraling so I want a plan now.
I'd also love any recommendations for therapists - I doubt anyone is working in person right now, but I really would prefer to talk face to face with someone. But any suggestions would be appreciated so I can try to start coping before the impending doom

If you think GRH is bad, hit up Cambridge Memorial. There's a reason everyone that works there calls it the butcher shop. Also [a list of services for you.](https://www.ementalhealth.ca/Waterloo-Regional-Municipality/Crisis-and-Emergency/index.php?m=heading&ID=3)

Transformation Counselling and Unwind Counselling are doing in person sessions. I think Shalom Counselling is as well.
