Emergency mental health services? Wondering if anyone knows good places in the area - I've heard Grand River is awful so looking for somewhere I won't just be thrown into a room and left alone
I'm stable now, but some family emergencies are pending and I will lose control when they happen. I cant think right once I start spiraling so I want a plan now.
I'd also love any recommendations for therapists - I doubt anyone is working in person right now, but I really would prefer to talk face to face with someone. But any suggestions would be appreciated so I can try to start coping before the impending doom

Free to cheap therapy in Toronto? I’m 22 y/o living on my own and to down play it have not been feeling too well. I’m broke, a server/bartender (no insurance), and I’m not in school anymore. I’ve reached out to some therapists and they’re not taking new patients atm...many are not in my price range to begin with. I’m looking for recommendations on where I can receive accessible help, because there’s only so much I can do on my own and I don’t want to project my issues on people in my life.
Please don’t recommend camh. I already got a diagnosis from them and was offered free therapy for 6 months when I was in school 2 years ago. Also they don’t really help and just wanted to do research studies on me when I was going through the diagnosis process.
