  I used Sierra Vet, and they were very nice and around $100 for the process. Instead of paying to have them send my beloved to be disposed or cremated, I had them load the body into the car and took it to Reno. This place was AWESOME, performing two cremations in just over three months for me. Private service, 4-6 hours time, simply amazing.
