  Dave, The folks at Waterfront Bicycle Rentals rent bikes and in-line skates. They're located right on the waterfront at Riverplace downtown. (503) 227-1719. They also give special consideration to PISA members (for other purchases), so make sure your friends mention where they heard of them. Kim Bria
