North East Animal Hospital sees some small animals. Not sure about a chinchilla but we've had our guinea pigs there.

Call Chadwell Animal Hospital in the morning and ask for an emergency slot if they don't have any regular slots. They are experts with exotics.

You can see if Dr. Crosier is still at Lums Pond Animal Hospital. I haven't worked there in years but if she's still there, she's a good vet! She treated my Bearded Dragon

I found a Russian Dwarf Hamster at the park yesterday and it's eyes are bloody and one is popping out. I need to find a vet that will see hamsters! PLEASE...
