Not in Alabaster/Pelham, but I very highly recommend Dr Brian McCool in Homewood. He was recommended to me by my dad (who doesn't like doctors), so that's saying a LOT. I love Dr McCool. I've been his patient for several years now.

Dr. Scott Elledge behind Arby’s to your rt JUST before the crosswalk to hospital in Alabaster. 621-2020. In and out fast and we’ve used him for many years, sinus surgery, infections, ear tubes,he’s GREAT!!

I've used Dr. Sciacca in Hoover and Dr. McCool in Homewood. Both are great doctors and very kind but due to a complicated condition that required multiple opinions I was referred to Dr. McHugh@The Kirklin Clinic/UAB. He is now my permanent ENT. Fantastic! He is thorough and had ALL needed high tech testing equipment on site. He's very patient, kind, knowledgable and informative. I can't say enough about my positive experience with him.
