Dr Babi just off Morgan Road behind the daycare. By far the best! We’ve been to Greenvale, Growing up Pediatrics, and Over the Mountain and received very unpleasant service. I’m very pleased we chose Dr. Babi and not to mention my kids love him as well.

We're new to the area and originally were going to go to Greenvale. The front office treated us horribly so I went to South lake PEDs instead. No run around like with Greenvale. Southlake staff and Dr. Labovich were great. Worth the short drive.

I've only had Aubrey two weeks, an I already love Greenvale Peds in Alabaster!! I've already taken her in once and called to ask questions two or three other times, very nice people!

Alabaster pediatrics is where Linlee and Harper go. They are not as busy as Greenvale. You can get in easy and not a long wait in waiting room. We like Diane Matheson there. She saw Lacey and Lindsey too when they were kids!

Phil Philips is the best!! We moved from Bama Peds. Best decision I've made this far.

Bama pediatrics. Dr Bennuri has always be good to us and his wife is the allergy dr there too. Very convenient.

I changed from Tuscaloosa Pediatrics to Alabaster Pediatrics. All of the doctors there are super. I worked there and saw how much they cared for their patients first hand. I first used Dr. Russell but she left and now we see Dr. Schroeder. But I like all of them. Tuscaloosa doctors were not personable and I had to remind them that Berkley was a boy every time we went. Not to mention we never actually saw the doctor we had chosen.

When we lived closer (in Tuscaloosa), I used Pettit at West AL Pediatrics on Watermelon Rd in Northport. We never had a single complaint. We even kept him after we moved here because we loved him SOO much! Then as Owen got big enough to start climbing on thing and Adam and I agreed we might need to pick someone closer since the likelihood of breaking a bone or a traumatic injury had increased immensely compared to the baby crawling around we had when we moved here. HAHA! We took Dr Pettit's recommendation of someone he was in med school with that's near where we are now. He was spot on. We LOVE us some Dr Tyler in Alexander City just as much (if not a little more). The shortest person in the house is quite impressed that he gets a Popsicle if he has to have any shots...or if he asks in general and flirts with the nurses. Pitiful ;D

Calleigh sees Dr Julia Stewart at Greenvale Pediatrics in Pelham, it's the 2200 building right next to Shelby Hospital. She is great. 1 205-663-9550 here is the number to the office. There are several others there as well.

Greenvale is great! We use Dr. Jolly & he is wonderful! Dr. Sester is a female pediatrician there.

Oh yeah its Dr. Cosgrove! All the doctors there are great!

Dr. Stewart & Dr. Cosgrove are my favorite female doctors at Greenvale in Alabaster. Dr. Cosgrove has been there a lot longer than Dr. Stewart so she probably has a bigger case load. But they're both very good doctors from what I've seen. My cousin used to work there so I know a lot about the doctors up there.:)

ALABASTER PEDIATRICS!! Dr. Johnson is who we use but I have seen all the docs there. All female and all really, really good. Staff good also. Most staff members have been there several years each. not a lot of turnover.

I love Dr Anne Byars at Southlake Peds. She's a little older, so she has seen pretty much everything. She's easy to talk to and doesn't talk down to you.

Dr. Goldblatt is a nice guy. I just feel that he dismisses what I say. When I try to explain things to him, he doesn't ever look up from his paper and respond. He also interrupts me with a completely different topic.

I have 4 children under 5 and Dr Goldblatt has been fabulous. Very sweet and loving to all of the children. We never have a copay with well visits. We have blue cross though.

Have used Dr. Goldblatt for both of my children. He has always been great with them and with me. Very big on exercise and good nutrition. Saw Dr. Byars once when Goldblatt wasn't available and she was great also.

I left greenvale after 3 years and went to Southlake (Dr. Byars) She is awesome! We've seen all 3 and I've liked them all. I was told that they only accept newborns but they took my 5 month old and 3 year old in June. I think you just have to call and explain that you are having a hard time with greenvale and they might take you. I'm not sure about the insurance though.

Crystal - I know people don't like him but he has always been amazing for me. My brothers just see him for the usual stuff and he is usually in and out but if there really is something going on he keeps looking for answers. I have a urologist, cardiologist, gastroenterologist, rheumatologist, asthma specialist, orthopedic and ENT. Dr. Goldblatt always knows what is going on and stays on top of my care. I don't think there are many doctors like him left. I hope your daughter is doing well now

Dr. Goldblatt is my doctor. He found my heart murmur after two other pediatricians missed it and he called the top cardiologist in the southeast himself to schedule my appointment and ensure I got in as quickly as possible. He sent me for test after test after test and to multiple specialist until we found the answer for my pain. He doesn't have the most wonderful bedside manner but he really does care about his patients (has even called us at night to check on me or first thing in the morning when I have been seen in the er). I will be devestated when I turn 18 and switch to a primary care doctor.

All of my children started out seeing Dr. McCown. Incredible doctor! My son stayed with him but my daughters moved to Dr. Byars after they became uncomfortable with a man doctor. ...Dr. Byars is amazing! You can't go wrong with either of them!

Dr. Matheson is very thorough and down to earth! She will spend as much time talking to you as you need. We have also seen Dr Irons when she is not available and we liked her also. But they are all good. And the staff is friendly as well!

Dr Barron at Brookwood is awesome. I have used her for 15 plus yrs. The nurses at the hospital use her. I just had a hysterectomy and the anesthesiologist even recommended her.

Southlake Pediatrics is great. Used them for over 20 years. Dr. "BUTCH" Goldblatt was ours and now my son takes his son there. All of the doctors there are great.

I have twins that were born at 29 weeks- we (still do) use Dr Bashinsky@Greenvale in Alabaster and we love him!!! He even came and checked on them while they were in the hospital before being released!

My now 5 year old is a preemie due to severe preeclampsia. We love Dr. Bill Hardwick at Vestavia Pediatrics. Everyone there is wonderful!

My son was 9 weeks early and he's been going to alabaster pediatrics since he was released from the NICU. He has seen every doctor there at least once. Dr Mathison is his primary though.

Dr Butler-Growing up Pediatrics. I had twins at 33 weeks and he was their doctor, and my other child. He was really good.

I know you want to stick with Alabaster but we go to Dr. Alice Hardy at Southtrace Pediatrics in Hoover. Besides loving her I love that they have sick hour every morning from 8-9 a. You don't have to have an appointment just show up. The nights that I have been up with a sick child I don't have to wait for them to open and then hope that they can see us that day. I just show up at 8 a. I am usually seen and back home by the time I could even get an appointment at Alabaster.

That's what I Love about Dr. Sesser she's not going to rush through things and she's very detailed. My daughter is 11 and had lots of questions last visit. She gladly took the time to explain everything. We were there at least 35 min in the room with her.

Dr. buie! Dr.Sester might be good with girls but she was horrible with my boys and called me a paranoid parent and misdiagnosed my son more than once! I have use Dr. Buie since then and all three of my kids love him!

We see Dr. Wright at Greenvale. I absolutely love him!! He will see mason anytime I am worried about something. Mason stayed sick as an infant and he always made time to see Mason that day. Stayed there past closing one time for us! Mason gets so excited when he sees him. We love check ups!

The office staff at Greenvale is horrible but Dr. Jolly is wonderful.
