any one have any ideas on where I can find Konpeito(Japanese Star Candy)? I would much rather it in a store in the area, then online... and that in-lies the problem...

I would also try Amazon.com! Amazon has damn near everything for rather cheap, great shipping prices and many great sellers.

I'm a member@Barbosium Fitness. The owner/trainer Juan is pretty awesome. It's a class structure...but very fun and non-intimidating atmosphere. He's about to open a pretty sweet brand new facility this month on Central ave which I'm pretty pumped about.

I go to Vent Fitness in Latham. There are a handful of personal trainers there who seem to know what they're doing. One named Jay is very experienced with barbell / free weights. No idea what the cost is, I've never had a personal trainer. Honestly I'd recommend a trainer to show you the essential movements and then just follow a linear progression program like Starting Strength or Stronglifts 5 x5.
Can anyone recommend a really good personal trainer in the CNY to Albany area?

You should try the EXPRESS Spin at FIT Coalition... Its only 30 minutes long and it is on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6AM! Great way to start the day, and although I have missed the past couple weeks, I plan on starting back up on Tuesday!!! (Dove M. Karn)
