I'd go with Keller Williams. There are some nice agents in the Corvallis office. Also I have family who has used Ruth Lehmann and she seemed nice and very ethical. Don't know why Town & Country are such jerks lately. Our neighbors just sold with a T&C realtor who was a huge asshole (won't go into details but geez, I was upset enough by his direct rude behavior that I don't know if I'd ever use that company).
