Dr. Baum in Bandon!
Nicole S. replied:
Hanson-Meekins Animal Hospital, wont take my animals anywhiere else
Beebsie R. replied:
After seventeen years of dealing with the vets in Coos Bay, Coquille and MP I drive to Bandon to see Dr. Baum. Lower Umpqua in Reedsport are also great and have the latest equipment for the serious tests occasionally needed.
Hanson Meekins is great and not overly priced. However I would not go to Morgan. I felt like I was punished by the vet when we brought my puppy in. They also got mad when we refused to buy the science diet food they endorse because it's horrible food.

Myrtle Veterinary Hospital Myrtle point location: 541-572-2636 Coquille Location: 541-396-2129 -Weve been taking our animals there for 9 years and they have even saved our Pom dog in an emergency surgery and they rushed right in. They also help you arrange payments if the bill is too large.
Nancy H. replied:
Coquille Vet will let you make payments as well
Larisa B. replied:
Hanson Meekins. Steer clear of Morgans! While ocean blvd is good they are crazy expensive.
Darlene H. replied:
DR O Donnell is who my dog went too. He really loves animals and is a nice guy.
Mary R. replied:
I went to Dr. Odonell (not sure of the correct spelling) it was only $19 for the visit with an appointment. He took my cat right in, got her taken care of right away. He probably saved her life. I will always recommend him to people.
Latisha S. replied:
Dr. O'Donnel, office visit was reasonable as well as prices & great care!

And you said kitties.... Plural....if you have as many as we do plus three dogs, Dr. Lisa with Myrtle Vet dies farm calls right to your house so you don't have to pack the screaming fighters down the hill to their office! First time she showed up my kitties were not happy but one if our pugs thought it was awesome getting up in the table and getting weighed! And he kept volunteering for the temperature taking repeatedly !
Aaron W. replied:
Coquille best place ever Dr O Donnel.
Erin S. replied:
Dr. O'Donnell at Coquille Animal Hospital! Saved my dogs more than once!
Krystine A. replied:
Myrtle Point Vet is the best and I have heard good things about Bandon. They are the only 2 I would recommend unless wanting to drive to Roseburg or down by Medford.
Tabitha H. replied:
Hanson Meekins saved 2 of my 3 kittens lives. Only had em couple weeks and they got feline parvo. Even though I only had em a couple weeks they were already family so I had to save what we could. It was past 11 pm so it was emergency call, they made it to the office before we did, they ofcourse were called out of bed but they were still so very passionate and honest. I will always be grateful..... Dr. Dan Meekin is the only vet that is able to get close to my 110 lb 11 year old dog. She loves him and he treats her like gold. In fact, we cant even take her to groomers to have her nails clipped, Dr. Dan has to do it lol.
Denise L. replied:
Love Hanson Meekins and also love Dr. ODonnell in Coquille. Have not had good results with Morgan
Cody W. replied:
I can reccomend NOT goin to Morgan Veterinarian on Market St in Coos Bay.
