Should have clarified, I'm asking for my fiancee who has spent a lot of time in Thailand training there, so just hoping to find a gym with a good style match. Certainly don't mean to sniff at JW, their rep is outstanding and it was the first one I thought of.

FitnessBlender.com is my go to website. Here I can create my own workout at home. Do a 15 min cardio, then 30+ min strength training, then a cool down. It allows me to mix it up while still getting the benefit of having a video to work along with, my workouts are always different.

Yeah you want a USA boxing club and coaches if you're planning to compete. It means they aren't a gym you can affiliate with when you join USA boxing, so you'd be fighting unattached. If they don't have USA boxing coaches either then you have to find ones who can tape you and corner you at your bout.
