Appointments at Angmering Medical Centre can be variable depending on a patient's particular problem. As Iain Summers has said, it is often 14 days for a routine appointment and could be even longer for a specific doctor of your choice. However, AMC are now moving over to a system where, after you have requested an appointment, a doctor will phone you within a few hours to assess the problem and book an appointment with an appropriate doctor or other clinician such as a triage nurse, practice nurse or paramedic. Both my wife and my granddaughter have got appointments on the same day as phoning recently.

Lots of choice for eat-in and take-away locally. Indian - You have Shafiques in the village (hear good reports) and So India near Angmering Train station, Bengal near Roundstone Pub, Masala Lounge and Reema in East Preston are great. Chinese - Silver City in East Preston is ok(standard take away stuff) Penang village also in East Preston is great for takeaway and sit down. Fish and Cips - Big Fry in village is great. Three Oceans and Micks Chips in East Preston are OK too. Thai - It has to be Thai Street Food in Worthing, they do take-away and sit down. No frills place but food amazing and reasonable price.
