Battling a bad case of sciatica... Anybody have PT or acupuncture recommendations? Chiro not helping, piriformis syndrome the likely culprit.

I go to Emily at Ergonomically Correct. She's great- and takes insurance!

I went to Cypress Creek PT in Edgewater after battling severe sciatica for a year and a half (also likely due to piriformis syndrome). Megan fixed me right up so I can finally run again. She's a miracle worker.

YES! I am dealing with this now. I have a great therapist that is trained in myofascial release and she is helping me so much. She is trained John Barnes technique. I also am going on 3 months but just started working with her a couple of weeks ago and am finally turning a corner. http://www.denergymassage.com/
