The Luna Yoga site has an English option and the book is available on Amazon. It's a place to explore. Much love and health to the Mom.

Jessie Bernstein I was going to do a workshop in fertility yoga and the chakras, but it didn't work out. I do have a lot of resources, however. Luna Yoga is thus far my favorite. I have more books, I'll take a pic of the stack all available on Amazon.

I need to give it a whirl for chronic migraines and fibromyalgia pain. Just curious of people's experiences.

Sounds like I should definitely give it a go. So far... The meds I have tried for the chronic migraines and fibro pain have caused bad side effects causing me to have to stop them. The One medicine I take now is tolerable and helps "some" (mainly just with the nerve pain) but makes me soooooo tired all the time. Yawn....... I hate that.

i think acu is GREAT for all sorts of maladies and all around holistic healthcare. However, the only thing that has worked (and recently) for my migraines & chronic neck/shoulder tightness is Dry Needling. A form of acupuncture i suppose, but longer needles that are directly inserted into the muscles (rather than the energy meridians) causing the muscles to twitch and spasm--and then ultimately release and relax. It's the ONLY thing that has gotten rid of the knots in my muscles that were apparently triggering the migraines--my migraines have diminshed in intensity and frequency so much so i do a happy dance every day now! My PT here in Japan does the needling. So my advice to you, my dear sweetcheeks, is to get thee to someone who is well-qualified in dry needling and make some appointments. it will take a handful at least of sessions-and then you must return for "tune-ups" when you feel the muscle issues coming back. i hope this helps you as much as it has helped me,mi amiga!
Looking for recommendations for a local vet or other appropriately licensed practitioner who can do acupuncture on my elderly dog. We live just south of Richmond. ...
