Thanks everyone I truly appreciate the recommendations- but I'm really looking for a doctor on the central coast who specifically knows how to diagnose and treat leaky gut. I like Dr. Plateroti but he is always trying to sell me all of his products. I just want a true healing. Healing a leaky gut is a tricky process and I want someone both qualified and experienced in leaky gut specifically. I came to Dr. Plateroti about a year ago with these symptoms and he didn't diagnose me. Through enough of my own suffering and research and talking to others with similar symptoms I think I've got it figured out. I just need a professional to help me through the process.

Chris - I have gone to this office for a long time but they are a big mess right now. Dr. Snyder isn't practicing indefinitely and I'm pretty sure Bethany is on leave in Germany unless she came back to help out. No one there returns phone calls. I love the Drs there and their staff but they are a hot mess right now. I just saw Naomi Waak at Dr. Schecter's office (same complex) and she was great.

I love Dr Snyder...she's been mine & Hailee Ann-Marie's dr for years...her nurse Anissa is amazing...you can always have issues with front office staff...thats a given at alot of Drs offices...even being in the medical field 16 yrs, sometimes we still get the run around from places that soooo many "love"....doesnt have to do with the quality of care & ive never had an issue with anyone NOT returning a call...

I changed doctors recently and have been very happy with Dr. Suvarna Choudhari MD (Internist) on Las Tablas in Templeton. Her practice is relatively new and does take your insurance.
