Dr Cory Casper was on the siltuximab clinical trial and he's located in Washington state, might be worth a look into contacting him. Also, rareconnect.com is an excellent resource and can help you find CD specialists near you. Best of luck!

Bill I feel your pain. I had this disease (I'm sure) that was not properly diagnosed in 2007 and now having a reoccurrence. Search the Internet look a Castlemans Disease Collaborateive Network they have a list of recognized doctors. I found one there are am headed to see Dr Van Rhee in Little Rock at the end of this month. I reached out to a member who also sees him and she has been a blessing. Best of luck and lots of prayers are headed your way. Search You Tub videos too there was a patient in California that has success with a doctor out there. He has a good video online.

http://www.yelp.com/biz/yelena-lapidus-md-san-luis-obispo. Dr. Lapidus! I thought she was a great mix of western medicine plus the healthy holistic factors found in eastern medicine. Instead of prescriptions and supplements she recommended how to change your diet and recommended things from the natural market across the street. Great for family practice and super down to earth!
