I get my steel from Steelmart in Tucker. They usually only have full length sticks of new material. You should check out metal supermarket too. Also new material, but they're more accommodating to smaller pieces.

You might check out plumping supply stores (not Home Depot or Lowes). They typically sell unthreaded steel pipe in many different diameters.

Hit up some exhaust shops and toss em some cash. They likely have tons of steel pipe exhaust laying around that they've removed.
