American Family has always been good to us. Been with them for about 30 years and we have our auto, home and a million dollar umbrella policy with them. They have a good support system for accidents, which I had my very first one about three weeks ago. They have body repair businesses that are approved by them and the repairs are guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle. Also did three home claims with them, two for hail and one for a ruptured water pipe in the basement and there was not problem. They paid everything except our $500 deductible.

State Farm. I have used them since forever. My parents used them and my husband had them before we got married. They have been really good to us. Had major storm damage in 2009 and there were a little hicups, but nothing like some other companies.
