LOVE All About you Dental Care in Geneva. He's male, but SUPER awesome and i'm picky / sensitive when I need work done and they do everything to make you feel relaxed!
Dr. Balek (not female) in Batavia. I recommend him 100%. There has been one dentist mentioned here several times that gave my kids a terrible phobia of dentists after 2 visits. I did not find the staff or dentist to be easy to work with. Rushed, insulting, and projected my kids fear of the procedures towards me as a reflection of my inability to control them. May be fine for adults but not kids especially kids dealing with fear. My experience...others seem to have felt differently. Maybe it was an isolated situation.
LN L. replied:
Not from Batavia, but Bowes Dental Care (off Randall) is worth the drive in South Elgin. Check them out on Yelp..their customer service & prices are AMAZING! Especially if you don't have insurance. Plus they are perfectionists..& Dr. Yenna actually cleans your teeth instead of just an assistant. I had a crown replaced, and I actually felt compelled to bring her flowers at my next appointment because she did such an amazing job!
Cheryl M. replied:

This hip surgeon in Chicago has now performed over 1,200 Direct Anterior Hip procedures in the past six years. This approach is one of the newest minimally-invasive techniques used in hip replacement surgery. Call the hip surgeon in Chicago, Dr. Louis – (630) 323-6116" http://anterior-hip-surgery.com/

Dr. David Morawskihttps://www.facebook.com/429233473784816Fox Valley Orthopedics in Geneva. He does same-day surgery & also takes Medicare patients. The next morning, a nurse comes to the house followed by a rehab therapist. They come 3 times a week for 2 weeks. This is then followed by out-patient therapy at either Delnor or a therapist of your choice. I am going to ATI.

Any female doctor at the Dreyer Medical Group is really good!
Staci L. replied:
I see Dr Patel with Dreyer, she's well educated, but her bedside manners can be harsh sometimes. Having cervical cancer myself, I wouldn't recommend her if you don't have "thick skin". She was not always sensitive, but she did do all the procedures and tests that were needed. However, everyone at Dreyer seems to be great! Just wanted to caution you on her bedside manners if you're looking into Dreyer doctors:) Good luck!

Very happy with Dreyer Medical Clinic in Batavia. We see Dr. Sroka, and my only complaint is part of the reason I appreciate having him for my boys, he takes his time and doesn’t rush. But as a result he can run extremely late by the afternoon. That being said I won’t be changing for that
Sue N. replied:
I've always loved Dr Liber & Dr Ables at Wheaton pediatrics. So thorough. Saved my best friends daughters life. Why not stick with them???

Gina H. replied:
We saw Dr Zoran Gurujic from CDH for my father in law. Really knowledgeable and wonderful bedside manner. Sorry you’re going through this
Gwen L. replied:
I have only heard good things about Dr Grujic. There was too long of a wait to see him, so we went to Dr. Alan Summers. He's not all warm & fuzzy, but I do trust his professional opinion. There are instances where a straight shooting doctor is important: when to take away car keys (pretty early on), no longer live independently, etc. I recommend him. We are in the middle of this journey with my mom. It's a terrible disease.
My primary care physician and his whole office have left my HMO medical group, so I have to select a new one. Does anyone here have comments on the following local...
