Do we have anywhere local to get good pulled pork?
Ron L. replied:
Not particularly local, but Firewater BBQ in Lombard, Real Urban BBQ in Oakbrook or Uncle Bub's in Westmont are about the best in the 'burbs. Steamboat BBQ in Wheaton is pretty good, too.

The Nobel House in Geneva!

Local... The best... Spotted Fox Ale House.... Pork and Cheese. Pulled pork on our awesome burger with deep fried provolone cheese, topped with fried onions. OR..... the Smokehouse sandwich... Pulled pork, bacon, crispy onions, pickles and melted white cheddar. Both are AMAZING !!!!

The Geneva Farmer's Market has honey from Elburn. The market runs on Saturdays from 9-1@327 Hamilton in Geneva. See link for more info. Hope this helps! http://www.geneva-green-market.org
Probably HMart in Naperville. There is also a couple of smaller ones in the same area. https://www.hmart.com

Village Market Place on Geneva Rd in Carol Stream has wonderful Arabic Bread. "We specialize in the everyday needs of our customers from all regions of the world."
Any recommendations in Fox Valley area to by some decent pierogi (not the grocery store versions)? Tired of driving to Mount Prospect or Chicago to wait in long lines.

There's a Polish deli in St. Charles on 7 th Ave and 64 called DRM Cafe. They have some good Polish food.
