If you're looking for something a bit different and fun, I definitely recommend pole dancing! It's a fantastic, all-round workout (working on strength, stamina and flexibility) and will help you lose weight/tone up quickly, without feeling like a workout! If you are free monday, wednesday and friday mornings... buggyboot camp at russell park. 9.30-10.30. Not everyone brings their baby/tots. But great if you do. They get a dose of fresh air. See exercise in a positive way and play with the other tots their. Win win. And Jo Waters is a great personal trainer too.
So my crazy other half put his name in a hat at work to climb Ben Nevis later this year!
That means he needs training and to get fit. Any personal trainers in the area...
