You need to chat with my trainer Lee Perkins (https://m.facebook.com/leeperkinspersonaltraining/) Can't recommend him highly enough. I don't have the confidence to go to a gym and also have a baby to factor around. He comes to the house and is really understanding. Never makes me feel like shit and like i'm not very good. He has really built my fitness and strength up loads. I was soooo unfit it was embarrassing but he is so encouraging. I would recommend him to everyone. Think he's ace

Feel free to send me a message and happy to discuss that with you and pass you to the right person and their speciality and personality :) Feel free to have a look at my page. I am also qualified as a personal trainer in all fields but specialise in holistic core restore and Pilates along with pre and post natal training - if that's the kind of thing you are looking for we can try to work something out https://m.facebook.com/hertsbedspilates/

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions, and maybe see you in October:)

Racheall Monton is very good. I went to her classes for years. Have also heard Halcyon yoga is very good. Avoid gym based lessons teachers tend to be inexperienced ex aerobic teachers in my experience!
