Can anyone recommend a spa? I'd really like to get a massage for my birthday :) thanks!

I had a massage at vabali recently and really enjoyed it. It's pricey, so saving it for a special event, like a birthday is wise. https://www.vabali.de/

They also have a spa for non-members at the Soho-House, but its also very pricey ;-) …I love the Vabali spa as well, but if you just want a massage and not the whole sauna thing, maybe this is an idea. A friend of lone loves the soho house https://www.sohohouseberlin.com/system/files/012016/569 d2616 ebeeb51439000005/original/Cowshed_Berlin_menu_-_web.pdf?1453139478
Anyone recommend a good place for a massage? So I haven't had a professional massage in ages, but my back is pretty knotty and I think I'd like to get one while I am in...

I am by no means an expert, but I went a couple of times to Kathrin at LeManis (http://www.lemanipraxis.de). Highly recommended.

Emergency!!!! Who in a Berlin either has great muscle relaxers? Or is or knows of a massage Therapist who can get me up and moving? My neck is literally killing me...
Any recommendations for therapeutic massage in the Mitte area? As the question asks. I have hurt my back / neck / shoulders and am experiencing referred pain in my legs....

Osteopathie am Alexanderplatz https://goo.gl/maps/uEJFEWbevYq Went to him with pain in my lower back, so bad I couldn't sit upright. Could have gone clubbing the whole night after. It's not a massage parlor but an osteopath, gonna fix you right up. My session lasted about 1 h and cost 75 EUR or so, but worth every penny... It's the same building where Commerzbank is. Your health insurance might even cover part of the bill (TK does 40%, but only if you get a prescription previously). Edit: Why the downvotes?!
