Thank yall for all the great ideas! I have decided to choose the CPR2U with Brant Bice. He offers so much more than the others, including a First Aid Class (free) with the 2 year CPR certification. Most everybody else only offers a 1 year certification. If anyone wants his number it is at 205-586-2107.

Red Cross is too expensive. Try the fire dept first. Anerican Heart Assoc. Certification. Just as good.
Brant B. replied:
I provide American Heart Association CPR/AED and even First Aid, if you like. I work with groups or individuals, and will come to your home, church, or business. I'm available weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Very reasonable prices, and as stated above, the larger the group the greater the discount I can give. I can be reached at 205-586-2107, or www.bbicecpr.com

I'm a CPR/AED/etc instructor at the UAB rec center. If you have a current certificate we only require you to show up for the last hour of the course to take the challenge class. If it has expired we do the "blended learning" courses which take a little less that 4 hours
