If you're looking for just an occasional massage, the massage therapy schools at Virginia College and Bham School of Massage are also good. I've been going to VC off and on for about 9 years, and have never had a bad experience.

They always always have several really good massage deals, usually an hour in the $30-40 range. You could bounce around cheap massages until you find someone who you like

Rene yerby is a dear friend and student here, however NOT a massage therapist. She is a gifted therapist, but specializes in pediatric PT & also offers cranio-sacral therapy, which is not the same.
