Need to get my puppy neutered so I am looking for suggestions! Need good prices, nothing too crazy. Sumner animal hospital quoted us $3-500 and that is way to far out of...
I would try Cascade Veterinary in Buckley they are awesome
Marisa G. replied:
Yes for cascade. Went to Sumner vet for years, and when we got our new dog I switched vets, same great service, and instead of my dog seeing a new doc every visit, she sees 1 of 2 vets and I've spent like a third less for services thus far.

Highly recommend Farris veterinary clinic in puyallup...have used them for 10+ years.
Value Pet Clinic in South Hill Depending on your financial situation, there's a program through the Humane Society that can help you get free or reduced procedures at a vet in Tacoma.

We use Sumner Vet for all of our other vet needs but took our babies to NW Spay and Neuter for this, they were awesome
I'm looking for a vet to take my 6 month kitty too. She's never been and needs shots and flea medicine. She's never been outside and I have no other pets so I'm not sure...

Rachel G. replied:
Do them yourself:) shots are about $7-$14 (as you move up to the next shot) and you can get a bottle of dewormer and flea tablets for about $10 each or so and they are multiple doses.:) Tractor Supply in Enumclaw has them all.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good vet in the area?

Hillary H. replied:
Krystle - When we brought home our puppy last year, we read tons of review and call around for prices. Buckley Vet wasn't the cheapest option, but we chose them because they are thorough and treat our fur babies like their own. You'd have to call to see how much the puppy package is, but here's a pic of what the package we bought included.

Wheres a good Veterinarian up here. Foothills or Timber Ridge? I usually go to All Creatures in South Hill but I moved here a few years ago and would like someone closer.

I highly recommend Sumner Vet Hospital.

Timber Ridge! Dr LaVigne is the best!

I love Buckley Veterinary Hospital. They are amazing
Linda F. replied:
Timber Ridge is so expensive! Sumner we use for emergencies after hours. Our Vet. Is Lake Tapps Vet. On Veterans Memorial Hwy. Past the cop shop and Post Office.Dr. Davison.
Lisa S. replied:
I have 2 Chihuahuas both a year old and we use Sumner Vet. They are awesome and although they are a little more expensive we have found they don't do unnecessary items to pad the bill. One of my chi's has bad anxiety around stranger dogs and they will come out to the car and get him once they are ready for him, so nice and friendly.
Bev C. replied:
Lake Tapps vet . Very reasonably priced. Dr Davidson.
Stephine B. replied:
We go to Timber Ridge. So far they have been really great. Sumner Vet is way to freaking expensive for everything. No way would I go there.
Julie R. replied:
I really like Dr. Stephens at Buckley Vet. She's seen my cats, dogs, and a bunny and said she'll even see my chickens. She understands I don't have a lot of money to throw at tests and stuff and does a lot to help me keep costs low. Plus she's super nice.
Janae P. replied:
Sumner vet hospital! Love that place
Marissa R. replied:
Sumner vet is great too but higher prices. There is one off locust and old sumner buckley across from the police station
Excellent. For emergent care! Gone to them twice. About $500.00 each visit. If needed, will use them again. For non emergencies, we go to Lake Tapps Vet. Dr. Davison on Vets Memorial Hwy. Very good.
Looking for low cost vet. My 12 week old puppy has a vaginal infection and need antibiotics. Prefer on the hill.
Kim L. replied:
Timber Ridge is awesome but if you really need lowest price Value Pet in Puyallup on Meridian is fantastic. I was worried about the low cost and happy to report they do a good job and I have never had any problems with them
Does anyone know of a trusting, affordable dog boarding facility?
We have a large yellow lab and a throwback pomeranian. They've had their shots but I don't have record...
