You should see an ophthalmologist since you have diabetes ... I see this guy and am very hapoy w him- he also has an office in boston I see him in Stoneham: Nilesh M. Sheth, MD is an Ophthalmologist as well as a Cornea and Refractive Surgery specialist. He is now on staff at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary (MEEI) in Boston. Dr. Sheth performs more laser vision correction procedures than any other surgeon in New England. He has extensive experience in LASIK and other refractive surgeries such as the new surgery for loss of reading in middle age, Conductive Keratoplasty (CK). He also is trained and experienced in glaucoma care, including new laser treatments for glaucoma. Dr. Sheth has performed over 11, 000 laser vision correction procedures and is recognized nationally as among some of the most experienced VISX surgeons, according to the manufacturer's figures.
