Does anyone know of any physical therapists in the area that are also equestrians? I need someone who understands the biomechanics of riding AND hip rehabilitation.
Gabriela A. replied:
Laura Spilhaus. Pm me for phone if interested!
Dawn M. replied:
My Mum goes to Dr. David at Esperance Health & Wellness, and while he is not an equestrian, they have been discussing the medical/physical issues of one for years now and they're both really happy with the progress she is making using both her chiro, massage and riding lessons to improve physically.

Do you have a recommendation for a good physical therapist?
Erin N. replied:
Natasja at http://baystatept.com/ is excellent...right in Arlington on Mill St.
Denise C. replied:
Poor Mr. Liz Owen! I understand completely. I gave up on PT here in Boston. But I had an excellent PT in Oregon...not that it helps you put any. Best wishes for a speedy recovery to your hubby.

Recommendations for Physical Therapists(in downtown Boston) who have helped you with chronic Neck Pain?
everynameistakenyo replied:
Probably not what you are looking for, but if you can stand a little (or perhaps a lot of) pain and you are open to something different, consider Fong massage in Chinatown. I went there for numbness and pain in my shoulder that had bothered me forever, and a few visits left me a changed man. Check out the yelp reviews if you don't believe me! But again, it can hurt when they are working on you, so be ready for that!

[Dr. Peter Viteritti](http://visitdrpete.com/) helped me with my neck and shoulder pain. He may be able to help you. Also check out [Joint Ventures PT](http://www.jointventurespt.com/index.html) in Kenmore, which was the suite where he was working at the time (looks like he's since relocated.)

Been going to PT at Tufts for back pain. They are excellent at what they do.
Inferiex replied:
I don't know if you would give this a try, but my mom have always suffered back pain and she went to do acupuncture. With a couple of sessions, her back pain was gone!
zulubowie replied:
Chiropractor helped me, Dr. Michael Santipadri. Neck pain never came back.
