We're new to the area and we have two children with medical special needs (7 total) and Pediatric Alliance has been great! We never wait for more than 5 minutes and the staff is friendly and helpful. We've gotten referrals for great specialists. Very happy with them.

My daughter had to have blood work done for kidney surgery at 9 months old and that's where we went....but it was 4 years ago. I just remember them being super nice and they use pediatric needles. I would definitely go back there if I needed to.

After I was in a car accident with my children, we went to the Urgent Care behind Chili's. I told them we had been in an accident and wanted to be checked out. They didn't want to see my medical or auto insurance. They said I had to pay 1000.00 for my daughter and I to be seen. I told them I wanted to call my insurance carrier to verify bc that seemed like a lot, especially considering we were not at fault but rear ended at a red light. Anyway, the receptionist went to get the Dr. And he screamed as loud as he could in front of on of my children to pay the money or leave. I was still on the phone with the insurance company and they heard it all. He refused to treat us. We have medical and Auto insurance. Heck, I would have self-payed but I thought that was a little high. He screamed that if we didn't leave, he was calling the police and had a temper tantrum. Bad day, I guess and didn't want to desk with us. He scared my daughter and me. He picked up the phone like he was calling the police and I decided that I didn't want someone like that treating us so we went to Pediatric Urgent Care and received excellent treatment then I went to Big Bend urgent care and they were wonderful. This man was truly scary. His name is Dr. Andrew Stafford.

FISHHAWK URGENT CARE is great i go whenever I need medical attention as well as my kids physicals for school only $15 in and out and looked pretty clean to me in fact there was a cleaning lady there the last time I went. I know they went through some management changes and before the place was not somewhere I would go but i went back and was surprised. They also help out at relay for life and donate medical services and supplies the whole time the event is on and do not charge a dime.

I have always gone to Fishhawk Urgent Care for sports physicals. $15/in and out in 20 minutes. Now I wouldn't go there for anything serious...they have misdiagnosed my kids too many times...but for a sports physical, I have no problem going there.

Zachary Chaudhry is the manager there and also at plant city I would get in touch with him if you had a problem...i met him through relay for life and he assured me things changed and i started going again and never had a problem since

Cox Chiropractor has been doing my kids physicals for years, he is excellent and extensive physicals, alot for the price, think it was $25 and they always have time to do same day appts:)....Good luck

Just went to Fishhawk Urgent Care and was out in less than 20 minutes with my blue form signed. What is the problem with that?
