My dog had no manners and couldn't even walk on a leash prior to her training. Some things they did I agreed with and others I didn't. They used the correctional chain for my aussie. It's often called a choke chain, I was completely against it, but after being educated on how to properly use it I will never use anything else for my dogs. They treated my dog very well for the two weeks she was there and even socialized her at play time with other dogs.
