Are there any prenatal/pregnancy yoga classes offered in Brevard? If so, please share info!
Lauren B. replied:
We currently do not have a Prenatal Yoga class on the Weekly Schedule, however, in the past, and when there is enough interest among the mamas-to-be we are happy to put together a 6-8 week Series for you! If you have previous yoga experience, I would be happy to keep you safe in my Intermediate Flow class. But, a Pre-Natal-specific class is more catered to the needs of pregnancy and a wonderful way to meet other mamas too. Anyone reading this who’s interested in forming a Pre-Natal class please email: lauren@brevardyoga.com

Opinions on the best yoga class in Brevard for beginners?
Sandra B. replied:
Brevard Yoga. I've been doing it years and I still can;t do warm/hot yoga (Bikram).
Judith E. replied:
Brevard Yoga has a “free” class for beginners at 1130-1230. It is given by Sandi Hartz. She is very patient and will come around and encourage and coach to the correct posture. She also genuinely cares about past injuries and will show compensatory methods of positions to avoid further injury.
Looking for yoga groups, classes, etc to join! Any recommendations?
Park B. replied:
Bikram Yoga Brevard is by far my favorite in town. Vivian pays close attention to your strengths and weaknesses and will adjust you as needed so you get the most out of it. Any good yoga instructor will do the same, they're not just there to make money. It's hot yoga, so hydration is key, and tight clothing helps. Loose stuff will just get wet and stick. I think she does $20 for your first week. On a cold day I can't wait to get in there.
