I think your best bet is to write to (email) the ITS (International Tracing Service) in Bad Arolsen in Germany. They will probably have records for your uncle and the various camps in Belgium. I think the address is info@its-arolsen.org Or you can go to their website and contact them with the link there. Their resources and willingness and interest to help are wonderful.

USHMM.org has completed a map and encyclopedia of all sites that were part of the concentration camp system. The book is huge and expensive, but you should be able to find at least some of the information on the website.
