Can you recommend a good, but cheap-ish massage? In reality, price isn't a factor but I;d love to get a few, or the most bang for my buck. Where in the lower mainland...

[Vancouver College of Massage Therapy](http://vcmt.ca/our-clinic/) is cheaper, I think RMT students do the massages under the supervision/guidance of a teacher(Who is of course an RMT). Its near Abbott and Pender. I myself havent used them, but I've heard good things.

Where in the lower mainland are you? Instead of an RMT working out of a rented stall (usually the Chiropractor owns / runs the business and rents a room to the RMT and takes a cut) who have to basically dual charge you, look into going to a sports medicine clinic. They usually offer similar treatments at reduced prices ($1 / min is common).

Not cheaper, more expensive but great value is http://m.spautopia.ca/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.spautopia.ca%2F#2883 any massage package gets you access to their rooftop pool, steam room sauna, lounge etc. A great way to relax the day away on your extended medical insurance.

I have been going to http://www.westcoastforestspa.com/ for quite a while. Their prices are good and their hours are really flexible. It is downtown though.

I go to Ai at Ebb & Flow, she's great. She's an RMT and uses telus e-claims to automatically direct bill any approved extended health plan. So no out-of-pocket. Edit: just noticed you dont have any health plan, but shes still good.

I go to Christina Crosby at Le Petit Spa at Broadway & Alma. I buy massages in advance in 3's, ends up being about $55 for 1 hr. She's great & I can highly recommend her.

Go to Total Therapy right down on Dawson and Gilmore. They have everything you need and you would be supporting a north Burnaby guy and an Alpha alumni
