Easy one - [Kitty Klinic](http://www.yelp.com/biz/kitty-klinic-minneapolis) - cat only and GREAT people. No frills so it is not expensive.

I'm not sure about cheap, but these folks are cat friendly, very smart at what they are doing and compassionate. They were good enough I switched vets after going to the prior for 15 years. [Lake Harriet Veterinarian](http://www.experiencesouthwest.com/directory.php?display_business=15&name=Lake+Harriet+Veterinary&neighborhood=East+Harriet&city=Minneapolis).

Same basic neighborhood as Kitty Klinic, but a bit closer to Hwy 100: [City Cat Clinic](http://www.citycatclinic.com/). Highly recommended.
