Stick with nicer, more corporate spas and ask right up front. I used to be a concierge and have set this up before, at a few different places. Particularly anything located in a hotel has seen this so many times they won't bat an eye.

Any professional masseuse should be able to handle this with decency. I might recommend e-motion sports massage in Everett, Body Mechanics in Allston, or BodyOne Massage in Cambridge.
