Frank Rotella at Frank and Vinny's on Church St... Family-owned business, he's second generation (I believe) and his son Anthony works there too. Frank's dad used to cut my hair every once in a while before he passed away. Frank is a great guy and he knows everyone in town. I won't go to anyone else.
