We used Carol Lorence@Berkshire Hathaway! Awesome lady went above and beyond for us! Not sure about the first time buyer program since this did not apply to us. As for financing, shop around. If you are military or former military, check rates at USAA and Navy Federal since they usually will give you a better rate. Also remember, just because you may get approved for a certain amount, that does not mean you can actually afford that much. Know your budget and stick with it! That's probably more than you wanted, sorry! Lol! Good luck!
