Please delete if it's inappropriate, but could anyone recommend a good psychiatrist? I have extreme anxiety/panic attacks, and I need something to help when one comes...

I don't know of a good one, but whatever you do, PLEASE DO NOT go to Dr. Shel Sharp. He is VERY crooked and all he wants to do is get you as messed up as possible and as dependent on as many meds as possible so that you have no choice but to continue to go back. He had me on 3 different meds at one point that I found out later that NONE of those meds were supposed to be used together. The pharmacist finally looked into it and let me know. And most every time you see him for an appt., he's so high(I guess on pills) that he will literally fall asleep while y'all are talking. He is BAD NEWS. I pray that you're able to find what you're looking for:)
