Psychiatrist recommendations I was diagnosed with both GAD and ADHD years ago in college, and I haven't seen a psychiatrist in about 8 years. My ADHD is also getting...

yeah i would take suggestions as well. yesterday i went to a place and within 30 minutes, this fuckin lady decided i was bipolar and needed fucking abilify. I've never been diagnosed with BPD ever. I wouldn't be surprised if I had it, but to just assign ridonkulously powerful drugs like that on a whim is really fucked up. I went in for ADHD lmao

I feel like saying you have both anxiety and adhd is a little like a red bull + vodka shot Don't know if you wanna go up or you wanna go down

Peachtree Psychiatric & Michael Prudent are both good. Richard Waldman, although he may have a wait (he takes many insurance plans). Branko Radulovacki is technically ITP, but he's in Vinings, so a bit of a drive. Jennifer Fortner (on perimeter, 285/LaVista) Good luck.

http://www.alianzagh.com/ this is just outside decatur, but still ITP. If you need a refresh of meds or doses they can help get you there.

I have heard good things about Dr. Scott Firestone as far as ADHD goes - but this is merely heard in passing from someone in the field.
"Anyone know of any good psychiatrists here in Decatur? I've been going to Dr. Choudary Kavuri at St. Mary's for a while now and I'm not liking him or anything about...
Conor W. replied:
Kavuri and Patil are both pill pushing quacks avoid both of them. When I was a minor I had to see them and ended up with a lot more problems due to the medication they put me on. Once I turned 18 I quit going and stopped taking their meds and have never been better. Seriously. Avoid them like the plague.
Vickie W. replied:
Dr. Reisch Memorial Hospital Springfield. Took my father to him after a stroke did brain damage...he was wonderful. Not sure on wait times. He is an Associate Professor.. So sometimes you see one of his students..but he oversees all patients.
James F. replied:
Adrianne Price is right. The doctors at heritage suck. Dr. Patil sucks. Go out of town.

Tammie Jo Lutane

I know someone who sees Dr. Bashir and he seems better than the other quacks.
Ben D. replied:
Dr. Rohi Patil has been pretty awesome, for me. I have some neurological issues, and he's one if the most educated & informed doctors (not just Psych field) that I've had. As far as the wait, that's not always a bad thing. I sometimes have quite a wait, but it's because he doesn't rush you, and actually asks you questions and answers yours! I'd much rather have a wait than to see someone who tries to get through each patient as quick as possible so they can make more money!:/

I heard Dr. Jeckel is pretty good, so is his asst. Hyde.
'hi guys, I would like you guys to recommend me a good and affordable psychiatrist, and a therapist / psychologist as well. Who's good in Decatur? And also not too...
