OK. I have good news and hopefully this will help someone else that finds themselves in this situation (because I could not find anything regarding garage door repair in this group via search). There is a garage repair place located at 62 Founders Pkwy, Castle Rock, CO 80104 called 1 Clear Choice 303.622.3869.
