Go see Emily McCabe on Wednesday!! Seriously. She does magic. . Sometimes, babies need more adjustments to turn...sometimes not. Emily also helps tight ligaments and muscles release, and can show you how to do it (or Tom can) at home. There were also a few you tube videos I found a few months ago, specifically on ligament/muscle release for pregnant mamas....will have to see if I can find them.

I have heard that some yoga inversions are helpful to turn baby around., like legs up the wall with a bolster underneath your hips.. Also, Marcy Meek Todd and Cheryl Louviere are both certified Pre-Natal Massage therapists. Tami (from Living Yoga Center) is also a doubla and works with special cases.
