Emily McCabe! I credit her and yoga with getting my sunny side up baby to flip shortly before I went into labor, saving me the agonies of back labor. I saw her from 14 weeks on and she helped with sciatica and other pregnancy related pains. Then, after my son was born, she adjusted him too for various ailments. She's great and I'm not looking forward to not having her around for baby number two since we're moving.

Go see Emily McCabe on Wednesday!! Seriously. She does magic. . Sometimes, babies need more adjustments to turn...sometimes not. Emily also helps tight ligaments and muscles release, and can show you how to do it (or Tom can) at home. There were also a few you tube videos I found a few months ago, specifically on ligament/muscle release for pregnant mamas....will have to see if I can find them.
