PBH (pet behavior help) is good. They have classes or individual training (www.petbehaviorhelp.com) And Sue McKinney (she used to work with pbh) (www.wholedoginstitute.com)

I honestly got fantastic training from Renee at PetSmart in Brier Creek. She does an amazing job, and there's different levels of classes, each running about 6 weeks for about $100. Check her out! She has been training for a long time, not just at PetSmart. As for daycare, I haven't been yet, but this place sounded nice and has good rates: http://www.doggievillageapex.com/

Clare at [Yay Dog](http://www.yaydog.com/) is great! A neighbor had a very unruly, young Rottie and she did a great job helping them get the dog under control.
Recommendations for dog trainer? We have a Boston Terrier who has developed some problems with leash aggression. She really is a very sweet dog, but you'd never know it...
