Try FISH run by WCR Chef Chris Keff, any of Tom Douglas' restaurants, Pike Brewing -- spend time looking at the beer collection, its a museum in a brewpub at Pike Market! Do Visit Beechers Cheese at Pike Mtk. Elysian Brewing is 13 blocks up Pike in Capitol Hill, great pub fare & beers & neighborhood. Elysian Fields brewpub is near Salumi ... a must visit during lunch hrs.
