I was recently in the same position as you and found the best little place! They're called Charlotte Mattress Warehouse, run by a sweet couple and they only take cash. Sounds sketchy but they're the nicest people and they had the best prices for mattresses in all of Charlotte. Check em out, the website is www.charlottemattress.com. I'd link it but I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to posting on reddit.

it's not uncommon to find beds on Craigslist that come with the mattress/boxspring.. that is, if you're not opposed to used until you could buy new.. decent mattress sets are expensive.. good luck!

I know you said you were looking for a queen size mattress but, I'm selling a full size mattress and frame for $175. Mattress is from original mattress company and the frame is from ikea. Both in great condition!! Let me know :)

I can sell you a used Ikea Malm bed and mattress (queen) for $200 if you're interested! I've only had it a year (and I travel for work - so only used on weekends!) Also, bumping : [Moving sale](http://www.reddit.com/r/Charlotte/comments/10 ei0 z/moving_sale_continued_lowering_prices_on_items_i/)

The bunny cage is a wooden frame with no roof and chicken wire around the top. It's heavy duty. It's in good shape other than needing a clean down and some of the chicken wire needing to be rescued with a staple gun. The floor is linoleum. I am home all day and cleaning the garage if you want to come by. 704-724-5885.
