We really like Melissa Evans, at Hendrick Honda. We've bought two cars from her (our Honda Oddysey about 10 years ago, and our CRV two years ago). She is great and it's a pretty pain-free experience for buying a car. They have a great selection. Our van is still going (Elise drives it now), and I LOVE my CRV. Both were part of their "certified" used inventory, and come w/ GREAT service warranties, etc. For our 2009 CRV that I drive now, we called ahead to let her know what we were interested in, and she had several for us to look at before we even got there. Bought the first one she showed us and it's been an excellent car! Also, I would avoid Carmax. Tell Melissa we referred you . Good luck!
