Kratom took away my want for alcohol. r/kratom is a great resource for information and lots of posts on there about others claiming the same thing as me. I tried Dr. Ibrahim at one point but he told me how to get the most out of my bupe pills and it got me fucked up way more than any oxycodone and even more addicted due to his prescribed route of administration. I've been through a 1 year program in ringgold that I was able to graduate but only with the help of kratom. Its ok to try things that provide risk reduction for your overall situation and Don't let anyone tell you any different. If it works for you then it works. Time and experience will heal your soul so don't let anyone push their beliefs on you if it makes you uncomfortable. You can try HAMs or just do a chemical detox. Take it from me a professional alcoholic, screw any programs. I don't want to say just be a drunk but how bad has it affected your life? Fuck anyone here that isn't a pre or post alcoholic. I'm a source of info more than any of these people.
