The Fizik Antares or Arione depending on width preferences. Personally I prefer the Versus model but that depends if your a person who prefers a cut out or not. Also the Silverado from WTB surprised me with how comfortable it felt. It's a less flat Antares though I didn't have a chance to spend a lot of time on that one

For male or female sizing/styles? I know that Forever 21 in the USA has faux leather for men and women. The male styles are pretty much the classics. I would recommend a Straight To Hell. They just came out with a jacket textured to resemble actual leather. It will be way higher quality than something from Forever 21, to be honest!
